We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of the branch, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Manage branch operations and staff.
Achieve Gold Loan and Investment targets.
Generate recent business and customer relationships.
Ensure proper gold loan appraisal and documentation.
Monitor loan collections and branch performance.
Maintain branch records and compliance with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of experience in NBFC, Gold Loan, or Banking.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Ability to achieve business targets and manage a team.
