Hiring: Tender Executive

Location: Mumbai
Industry: Advertising / Media / Events / Digital

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, track, and evaluate tender opportunities across Government, PSU, Banking, Media, Advertising, Digital, and Event Management sectors.
Possess thorough knowledge of various tender portals including GeM, CPPP, MSTC, State E-Procurement Portals, Banking Portals, and other procurement platforms.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
Prepare, coordinate, and submit technical and commercial bids within specified deadlines.
Liaise with internal teams including Media, Creative, Digital, Events, Finance, and Operations for bid preparation and documentation.
Handle online tender submissions, EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, and related formalities.
Monitor corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications, and bid status updates.
Maintain a repository of company credentials, certifications, work orders, case studies, and statutory documents.
Generate tender MIS reports, bid trackers,



and chance pipelines.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Tender Management / Bid Management.
Proven experience handling tenders in Government, PSU, Banking, Media, Advertising, Digital, and Event Management sectors.
Thorough understanding of GeM, CPPP, MSTC, State E-Tender Portals, and Banking Procurement Platforms.
Robust documentation, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF documentation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in an Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Branding, or Integrated Communications Agency.
Familiarity with vendor registrations, empanelments, and procurement processes across Government departments, PSUs, and Banks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
