About the Role

WATERSTOW INFRA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Lucknow office and support day-to-day accounting, project finance and financial reporting activities.

This is a good chance for a B.Com/M.Com graduate or junior accounts qualified who wants to build a career in construction and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
Record purchase, sales, expense and payment entries.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations.
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain project-wise income and expense records.
Record vendor and subcontractor payments.
Track client billing, collections and outstanding receivables.
Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting work.
Maintain employee salary, advance and reimbursement records.
Assist in monthly project-wise financial reporting.
Prepare payment and collection summaries for management.
Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for accounting and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper supporting documents for financial transactions.
Assist management in preparing cash-flow and project profitability reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills




B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime preferred.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Valuable documentation and reconciliation skills.

Experience or knowledge of:
Construction accounting
Project accounting
Vendor reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
GST
TDS
Accounts payable and receivable
RA bill accounting
Retention and security deductions
Project-wise P&L;

will be an advantage.
