Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the overall operations of a World of Titan store, drive sales performance, lead the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Drive sales growth, upselling, cross-selling, UPT and average bill value.
Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.
Maintain proper stock availability, inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss.
Ensure billing, cash handling and daily store operations are carried out accurately.




Maintain visual merchandising and Titan brand standards.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews and coaching.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly business reports.
Identify local market opportunities and execute store-level activities to increase footfall and sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
