Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Dorleto is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying rental properties, approaching landlords, explaining Dorleto’s services, and onboarding their properties onto the Dorleto Landlord-Agent App.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach landlords with TO-LET properties across assigned locations.
Explain Dorleto’s services, perks, and value proposition to landlords and convince them to list their properties.
Assist landlords in registering and listing their properties on the Dorleto Landlord-Agent App.
Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords to encourage continued engagement.
Conduct regular field visits, track onboarding progress,



and achieve assigned property acquisition targets.

Additional Candidate Preferences
Prior experience in sales or field marketing is preferred.
BBA/MBA graduates are preferred; candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience are also welcome.
Comfortable with fieldwork and visiting different locations.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
