Job Description

Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Bavdhan Branch, Pune, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Admissions to drive student enquiries, admissions, and local marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, target-oriented, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate student admission enquiries through various marketing and promotional activities.
Conduct and coordinate school visits, parent interactions, seminars, events, and local campaigns.
Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain the school’s academic programs, facilities, and admission process to parents.
Develop relationships with schools, communities, local organizations, and other relevant partners.
Coordinate local and digital marketing activities to increase branch visibility.
Maintain lead and follow-up records and provide regular admission reports.
Work closely with the Branch Manager and admissions team to achieve admission targets.




Understand local market trends and competitor activities and suggest suitable marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience in marketing, sales, education, admissions, or business development will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with admission targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel locally for marketing activities.
