Coach and support sales executives to enhance productivity and closing skills.
Handle key customer negotiations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and other departments for seamless vehicle delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Build solid customer relationships and drive repeat and referral business.
