About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms, optimizing performance, and generating quality leads while achieving defined ROI and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Set up and monitor campaign budgets, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
Continuously monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and conversion rate.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams to develop performance-focused creatives.
Track leads and conversions and ensure proper campaign measurement and reporting.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads,



tracking, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
Experience with lead-generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
