Manage the complete production lifecycle, from order confirmation to final dispatch.
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, printers, packaging suppliers, and branding partners.
Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet client specifications and company standards.
Source current products and vendors to enhance the gifting portfolio.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production terms with suppliers.
Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand project requirements.
Resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare production reports, order status updates, and cost analysis reports.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
Generate Recent leads and do the sales as well
