Adzzat is hiring an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment operations across multiple clients, projects, and domains. This is an internal role, you'll be part of our core team, not staffed on a single client account.

We need someone who can independently run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, shortlisting, follow-ups, and closing often under tight timelines and across niche or hard-to-find talent profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple simultaneous requirements
Source and build relevant skilled communities for ongoing talent pipelines
Identify and reach niche, hard-to-find talent across different domains
Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups through to offer stage

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on HR / Talent Acquisition experience (mandatory)




Solid track record in community building for sourcing
Demonstrated success sourcing niche or hard-to-fill roles
Proficiency across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social sourcing channels
Ability to manage multiple open requirements at once
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Based in Mumbai and available to work onsite

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
