Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in the admissions domain.
Experience in managing admissions across at least 3–4 schools/units simultaneously.
Robust understanding of the local education market and its dynamics.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively.
Hands-on proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
Proven experience in developing admission strategies, generating leads, driving campus visits, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Solid focus on student retention and ensuring a positive admission journey.
A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
