Roles and Responsibility
Manage and process orders from receipt to cash application.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and invoices.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
Robust understanding of order-to-cash operations and collections processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
