Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating with team members to design software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions effectively support organizational objectives and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software configurations meet business requirements.
Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance needs.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Continuously monitor and improve configuration processes to enhance software performance and reliability.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
Experience in designing and implementing data models within Snowflake environments.
Robust understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
Ability to optimize queries and manage large datasets efficiently in Snowflake.
Familiarity with data security and governance practices relevant to data warehouse management.
Experience with integrating Snowflake with various data ingestion and analytics tools.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
