We are looking for Management Trainees to join our automotive showroom team in Palakkad.

The selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training and assist with day-to-day showroom activities across different roles, including:
Service Advisor
Bodyshop Advisor
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Supervisor
Other showroom operational roles

Eligibility
B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile Engineering
3-Year Diploma candidates only
Freshers are welcome to apply
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in different showroom functions
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily showroom operations
Support different departments based on business requirements
Interact with customers and assist in providing quality service




Learn and handle responsibilities across various automotive functions
Coordinate with team members and supervisors
Follow company processes and standards
