Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely procurement to support business and operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analysis.
