Key Responsibilities:
Create system test case specifications based on customer and system requirements.
Execute manual and automated system tests for inverter products in an HV lab workplace.
Perform test result analysis, identify deviations, and prepare detailed test reports.
Develop and review test designs and automation scripts to ensure robustness and coverage.
Conduct reviews of system requirements, test specifications, and automation scripts.
Design productive test cases for automotive software with a strong focus on safety requirements.
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to the HV test bench, microcontroller, and software.
Improve organizational efficiency by developing test automation scripts to reduce manual effort.
Ensure timely test status reporting and accurate defect creation with proper traceability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams, including development, validation, and system engineering teams.

Technical Skills Competencies:
Basic understanding of Electric Vehicle architecture and its key components.




Ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements.
Hands-on experience with system-level testing in an HV lab or equivalent test bench setting.
Experience in test development and execution based on LV123, LV124, and VW80000 standards.
Familiarity with automotive functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
Good understanding of E-machine characteristics and inverter technologies.
Knowledge of JBeam is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of automotive and test tools such as:
o DOORS, RQM, ALM
o CANoe, ECU-Test, INCA, ASCET, LABCAR / dSPACE
Experience with source control management tools (e.g., AEEE, Git).
Exposure to software development or system architecture is an added advantage.
