About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. The role will work closely with management and department heads to build a strong, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure hiring TAT within 45 days.
Lead performance management, goal tracking, and biannual appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and implement the annual training calendar.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, TDS, labour laws and POSH requirements.
Manage payroll, HRMS, employee records, policies, and HR documentation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor attrition.
Develop and implement HR policies and disciplinary processes.




Prepare monthly HR MIS and dashboards for management.
Support ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 requirements related to competence, awareness, training, and HR records.
Work with Department Heads on manpower planning, organizational development, and employee growth.

Key Requirements
7–10 years of overall HR experience with at least 4 years in an HR Manager / senior HR role.
Robust experience in end-to-end HR management.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
Valuable knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, L&D;, and employee engagement.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 HR requirements will be an advantage.
Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
