Receive and inspect incoming materials such as MS plates, structural sections, pipes, electrical items, motors, gearboxes, bearings, fasteners, welding consumables and crane components.
Verify materials against Purchase Orders, invoices and delivery documents.
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inward material records.
Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved material requirements.
Maintain accurate stock registers and ERP/software entries.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform Purchase/Management about shortages.
Maintain proper identification, labeling and systematic storage of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
Maintain records of rejected, damaged, excess and scrap materials.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
