Head – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company’s complete finance and accounting operations.

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow and MIS reports.

Monitor accounts payable, receivable, banking, cash and daily financial transactions.

Ensure timely and accurate billing, purchase entries, invoices and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

Monitor financial controls, expenses and cost management.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.

Provide financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.

Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.

Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of financial records and documentation.

Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an added advantage.

Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliance.





Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/accounting software and financial reporting systems.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Experience in a managerial or senior finance role is preferred.

Experience in retail, textile, trading or similar business operations will be an advantage.

Proven experience in managing finance teams, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
