Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Expert with at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, WhatsApp marketing and prospecting using modern AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple online channels.
Conduct prospect research and identify relevant decision-makers.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Execute cold email campaigns and personalized email outreach.
Perform WhatsApp outreach to potential prospects.
Use LinkedIn and other platforms for prospect identification and outreach.
Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize messages and improve outreach.
Create engaging email and WhatsApp messages.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Track responses, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Qualify leads based on business requirements.
Maintain accurate lead-generation records and reports.




Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.
Continuously test different outreach strategies to improve response rates.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation.
Hands-on experience with cold email and WhatsApp outreach.
Knowledge of B2B prospecting and lead research.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead-generation platforms.
Experience using AI tools for lead generation and outreach.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to research companies, industries and decision-makers.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Preferred Tools
Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Search, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, email automation tools, CRM platforms and other AI-powered prospecting tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
