Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire suitable sites as per project requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate feasibility assessments.
Negotiate with landowners, landlords, and brokers on rent and lease terms.
Manage lease agreements, NOCs, approvals, and related documentation.
Coordinate with legal, technical, finance, and project teams.
Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely acquisition.
Maintain site records and provide regular MIS/status updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
1–5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, telecom, or infrastructure.
Robust negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Knowledge of local property markets and documentation.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
