Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assembly and Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate transportation, track shipments, maintain logistics documentation, and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan the dispatch activities of a project after it’s trial and run like dis-mantling, segregation of parts, final finishing, final assembly before handing to packing

· Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate with team for smooth operations in final stage of packing

· Ensure correct quantity, product, packaging, and documentation before dispatch as per the projects.

· Follow up on pending, delayed, or failed deliveries and take corrective action.

· Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.





· Maintain proper records and filing of all logistics and dispatch documents.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Assembly and dispatch operations.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP/ or other logistics software is preferred.
Ability to prepare and maintain logistics documentation.
Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field will be an advantage.

On-time dispatch and delivery.
Dispatch accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
