Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with solid experience in architectural design, project coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design, detailing, working drawings, and project documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

Review drawings, specifications, materials, and technical submissions.

Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and design standards.

Resolve design and site-related issues and coordinate necessary revisions.

Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.

Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements





B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.

8–12 years of relevant experience.

Professional experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, and corporate projects is required.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Solid knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, construction methods, and site coordination.

Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

COA registration required.
