Position: Support & Tele Caller Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: 6 days a week

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide construction industry product support to clients.
Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct tele-marketing / lead generation calls for our products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Assist the sales and operations team with client communication.
Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in customer support / tele calling / tele marketing.
Valuable communication skills in English
Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
Solid listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Domain knowledge in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
