What You’ll Do
Assist the IT team with day-to-day IT administration and technical support.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for laptops, desktops, printers, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, installation, and maintenance.
• Support employee onboarding by preparing laptops, user accounts, email access, and required software.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
• Monitor and escalate hardware, software, and connectivity issues when required.
• Assist with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking-related tasks.




• Support IT security, backup, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and other IT requirements.

What We’re Looking For
Graduate/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
• Robust willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
