About the Role:

Aryabhata Ashram is looking for a dynamic and responsible Management Trainee to support the institute’s day-to-day operations, student coordination, admissions, marketing activities and administrative functions. The selected candidate will work closely with the management team and gain practical exposure to various aspects of business and education management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student enquiries and assist in the admission process.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Coordinate with students, faculty and management for smooth conduct of classes.

Maintain student records, enquiry data and follow-up reports.

Assist in daily administrative and operational activities.

Support marketing, promotional and student outreach activities.

Assist with social media and lead management activities.

Coordinate online and offline batches and class schedules.





Prepare basic reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Handle routine student queries and ensure a smooth student experience.

Perform other management-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline.

BBA/MBA candidates will be preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Workspace.

Valuable interpersonal and organisational skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.

Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing/social media will be an added advantage.
