Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer shall be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative visual communication materials for Hatti Kaapi and its associated brands. The role involves creating engaging and brand-consistent designs for both digital and print media to support marketing campaigns, brand promotions, store branding, product launches, and corporate communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design creative assets for digital and print platforms, including:
Social media posts, banners, reels creatives, and advertisements.
Menu cards, tent cards, flyers, brochures, and posters.
In-store branding materials, standees, danglers, and signage.
Packaging designs, labels, and promotional materials.
Develop cutting-edge design concepts in line with Hatti Kaapi's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create visual content for current product launches, festive campaigns, and promotional activities.
Design and adapt creatives for websites, mobile applications, email campaigns, and online advertising platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations,



and Product teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all communication channels and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors for production and timely delivery of branding materials.
Edit and retouch photographs, product images, and promotional visuals as required.
Create and maintain a repository of brand assets, templates, and design files.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative technologies to enhance brand communication.
Support store launch activities by designing branding and promotional materials within stipulated timelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure all artwork is print-ready and technically accurate before final release.
Assist in videography, basic video editing, motion graphics, and content creation for digital platforms, whenever required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
