Help incoming leads to choose the right product and persuade them to conversion
Using scripts to provide information about product features, price and perks over call for prospective customers
Updating the in-house team to understand the customer needs regularly
Maintaining tracking all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time.
Ensure a smooth student journey from start to end at Institute by taking care of associated administrative activities.
Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a robust rapport with the Student & Parents and, addressing their concerns by offering a quick resolution.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.

Job Type: Full-time
