Position - Accounts Payable & Indirect Cost Analyst

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable activities related to indirect costs, including cost analysis, budgeting, invoice processing, payment management, and ledger reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities -
Analyze and monitor indirect costs against budget and identify variances.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
Validate, code, and post vendor invoices accurately and timely.
Process vendor payments in line with approved terms and company policies.
Perform AP, vendor, accrual, and General Ledger reconciliations.
Support month-end closing, accruals, and expense cut-off activities.
Resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies.
Prepare AP and indirect-cost reports for management.




Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/General Accounting.
Experience in indirect-cost accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
