Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join MCSS Centre for Distance Education at Vengara, Malappuram. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing information about distance education programs, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from students and parents through phone calls.
Provide information about courses, programs, admissions, and related services.
Contact prospective students and follow up on leads.
Counsel students and guide them regarding suitable educational prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.




Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Build and maintain good qualified relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Education Consultant / Admission Counsellor.
Degree or above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and counselling skills.
Good Malayalam communication skills; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
