Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls
Explain products, offers and showroom promotions
Generate qualified leads and customer walk-ins
Follow up on enquiries and prospective customers
Maintain accurate customer details and call feedback
Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions
Achieve daily calling, walk-in and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements:
Robust communication skills in Malayalam
Basic English communication skills
Confident, persuasive and customer-friendly approach
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or retail experience is preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Salary will be decided based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹8,887.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
