We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing domestic travel company, specializing primarily in Religious and Pilgrimage Tours across India.

The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills, a pleasant personality, valuable customer-handling abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel arrangements to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.




Coordinate with customers, hotels, transport providers and tour operators.
Maintain customer records and regularly update enquiry and booking status.
Prepare quotations and customized tour packages as required.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support before and during the tour.
Assist in marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Perform multiple administrative and operational tasks as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
