Responsibilities
Perform general accounting activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Analyze balance sheet and PL accounts, investigate variances, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve open items.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close deliverables while maintaining compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements.
Apply accounting knowledge and judgment to support accounting and financial reporting activities.
Identify process improvement prospects and support initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
Leverage automation and digital tools to streamline accounting processes, improve reporting,



and enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skilled accounting qualification or progress toward certification (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to process simplification, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, Macros, Power Automate, AI-enabled solutions, or similar technologies) preferred.
