Technical Support to BCs
Provide technical and operational support to Business Correspondents (BCs) for smooth and effective delivery of banking services.
Address and coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues faced by BCs.
BC Identification & Onboarding
Identify prospective BCs and coordinate the complete onboarding process.
Ensure proper collection, verification and documentation of BCs as per applicable requirements.
Coordinate BC off-boarding wherever required.
MIS & Performance Monitoring
Prepare and maintain regular MIS related to BC operations and performance.
Monitor BC performance against defined parameters.
Support performance evaluation, grading and periodic review of BCs.
Coordination with Banks
Coordinate closely with FI Heads of Banks for effective management of BC operations.
Liaise with banks for BC technical support, onboarding, documentation and off-boarding.
Follow up with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution of operational issues.
