Job Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales performance for the assigned area/territory.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Field Sales executives.
Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
Drive recent customer acquisition and maintain solid business relationships.
Monitor team productivity, daily activities, conversions, and performance.
Ensure regular field visits and effective market coverage.
Identify current business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, documentation, and policy issuance.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance guidelines.
