Position: Relationship Manager – Sales

Locations: Cochin & Trivandrum

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Industry: Stock Broking / BFSI / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

Acquire recent clients and generate business through various sales channels.

Promote and sell Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds and other investment products.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate leads through references, cold calling, networking and other sources.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful accounts/business.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Ensure proper documentation and smooth account opening processes.





Provide regular assistance and support to clients regarding their investment and account-related queries.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Stay updated with market trends, financial products and company offerings.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales / BFSI / Stock Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services.

Experience in selling Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Broking or Investment Products will be preferred.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing, negotiation and client-handling abilities.

Target-oriented with a strong business-development mindset.

Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Candidates who are comfortable with field/client interaction and sales targets are preferred.
