Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with robust hands-on expertise in configuration, custom development, and implementation across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. The candidate should be highly skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation, with a proven track record of delivering high quality, scalable solutions in complex Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration components.
Implement business requirements and translate functional designs into scalable technical solutions.
Configure Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets, and other security elements.
Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to build custom features and enhancements.
Optimize code, fix performance bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Implement solutions that comply with governor limits, security standards, and platform guidelines.
Support integration teams with API-based development and data processing logic (as needed).
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps,



and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. • Provide technical support during UAT and production rollout. Technical Skills (Detailed) Salesforce Core
Robust hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript programming.
Deep knowledge of Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Orchestration).
Experience with Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and declarative security configuration.
Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features and implementation patterns. Performance & Optimization
Solid experience mitigating Governor Limits using asynchronous processing, bulkification, and optimized queries.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices. Quality & Delivery
Solid background in delivering high-quality, well-tested code.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Version Control (Git), CI/CD, and deployment processes (Copado, Azure DevOps, etc., optional).
