Location: North Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Recruiter / Executive Search skilled with a strong track record of hiring senior leadership talent across the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors, particularly within the luxury segment.

The individual will be responsible for building and managing senior-level talent pipelines across India, the Middle East and Europe, with a strong focus on identifying high-calibre leadership talent for a growing luxury real estate and hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead senior and leadership-level recruitment mandates across Real Estate, Hospitality and allied sectors.
Identify and attract CXO, Business Head, Functional Head and other senior leadership talent across India and international markets.
Build strong leadership talent networks across India, Middle East and Europe.
Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of senior professionals from leading luxury real estate developers, hospitality groups, investment platforms and allied businesses.
Manage the complete executive search process including market mapping, sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, reference checks and closure.
Partner closely with senior management to understand leadership requirements,



organisation structures and succession needs.
Conduct talent mapping and benchmarking across relevant companies and geographies.
Develop strong relationships with senior executives, industry leaders and specialist talent networks.
Support international and cross-border leadership hiring initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
1015 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring or Senior Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality, preferably with exposure to the luxury segment.
Proven experience handling senior leadership and CXO-level mandates.
Solid recruitment experience across India, Middle East and Europe.
Excellent understanding of the leadership talent landscape within Real Estate, Hospitality, Luxury, Development, Investments and related sectors.
Solid market-mapping, networking and candidate-assessment capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience with a leading executive search firm, specialist leadership search boutique, luxury real estate/hospitality organisation or international recruitment firm would be preferred.
