Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DLP Implementation Specialist with solid expertise in Microsoft Purview Information Protection & DLP to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide data protection solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying and managing Microsoft data security technologies, developing data protection policies, investigating incidents, and driving data governance initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments.

Mandatory Skills :
4+ years of experience in Information Security with a solid focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Purview Information Protection
Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Sensitivity Labels
Information Rights Management (IRM)
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB)
Robust understanding of: Data Classification and Data Governance
Data Protection and Information Security Controls
Incident Investigation and Remediation
DLP Policy Creation, Tuning, and Optimization




Insider Risk and Data Exfiltration Scenarios
Experience working with cloud-based security architectures and Microsoft 365 environments.
Knowledge of enterprise data protection frameworks and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills :
Experience with data governance and protection solutions such as: Varonis
Proofpoint Information Protection
Symantec DLP
Forcepoint DLP
Hands-on experience with PowerShell, KQL, or security automation.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Security Ecosystem.
Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
Microsoft Security, Purview, SC-400, SC-200, or related certifications preferred.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
