The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the overall marketing agenda for an assigned multi-state region, with direct accountability for admissions enablement, lead generation, marketing effectiveness, budget productivity, brand visibility, execution excellence and regional market leadership. The role will translate national and HO marketing strategy into solid regional and local market action plans while ensuring that marketing investments are aligned with admission targets and business priorities.
The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers and work closely with Regional Business Heads, Branch Heads, Admission teams, Academic teams and other regional stakeholders. At the same time, the primary functional responsibility and accountability of the Senior Regional Marketing Manager will remain with the Central/HO Marketing Team and Marketing Leadership.
The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will therefore operate as the bridge between HO Marketing strategy and regional business requirements,
working in alignment with Central Marketing priorities, guidelines, campaigns and processes while ensuring that the region receives the necessary marketing support to achieve its business objectives. The role requires a robust combination of:
