Memighty is seeking a skilled Full Stack JavaScript Developer to build scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL, along with hands-on knowledge of contemporary frontend tools such as Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TypeScript, and state management libraries.

Requirements
Solid proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and contemporary JavaScript concepts.
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
Strong experience with MySQL, including database design, joins, indexes, and query optimization.
Working knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and up-to-date UI libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar tools.
Familiarity with TypeScript is preferred.
Experience with frontend tools and libraries such as Vite, React Query/TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form,



or Zod is a plus.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI/UX principles.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, role-based access control, and basic web security practices.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.
Basic knowledge of deployment, debugging, and application performance optimization.
Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Linux servers, Nginx, or cloud platforms is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
