Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain qualified and polite communication at all times
Record customer interactions and feedback accurately
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
Follow company processes and service standards
Language Requirements
Mandatory: Hindi, English, Malayalam or Tamil/Telugu
Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers patiently
Willingness to work in a customer-interaction role
Immediate joiners preferred
