Roles & Responsibilities Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as per Ind AS.
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including ledgers, journals and financial records.
Supervise and guide a team of 24 finance specialists.
Handle GST, TDS and other tax compliances and coordinate with tax authorities.
Manage Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits and respond to auditor queries.
Monitor customer receivables, ageing and reconciliations for 1,500+ customers.
Manage vendor payments, payment milestones,



cancellations and reissues.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
Support management in financial planning and business case/feasibility analysis.
Prepare financial models, lender models and investor presentations for upcoming projects.
Coordinate with business teams, internal auditors and Group Finance for reporting and consolidation.
Ensure proper accounting controls, compliance and accuracy across financial transactions.
Monitor significant cash inflows/outflows and support effective cash-flow management.
