Position Summary

The Analytics Lead/Manager is responsible for leading the delivery, governance, and evolution of enterprise analytics solutions across business domains.

This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring that analytical requirements are translated into scalable, governed, and business-aligned solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics.
5+ years in leadership, delivery management, service management, or solution management roles.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams and external partners.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience interacting with business leaders and executive stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage both project delivery and support organizations.

ETL and Data Integration Concepts

Delivery & Service Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, enhancements, and data products.
Manage demand intake, prioritization, effort estimation, resource allocation, and roadmap planning.
Oversee AMS operations across L1, L2, and L3 support levels, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
Govern incident resolution, defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and offshore delivery resources.

Team Leadership & Factory Management
Lead SAP BI Developers, Analytics Engineers, AMS Analysts, and external partners.
Manage team capacity, workload distribution, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
Promote mentoring, technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and career development.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Analytics Factory.

Preferred Background: SAP Analytics, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Warehousing, SAP Datasphere, SAC and Digital Transformation Programs.
