ERP Change Lead - SAP Transformation

Are you a seasoned Change Management skilled who can bridge the gap between technology transformation and people adoption?

We are looking for an experienced ERP Change Lead to join a leading business transformation & consulting organisation, known for delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs and leveraging globally recognised change management methodologies, including Prosci and ADKAR.

Location: Bengaluru

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Experience: 10+ years | 5+ years in ERP/SAP Transformation

What were looking for:

• Robust hands-on experience in SAP/ERP transformation programs S/4HANA, ECC-to-S/4 migration or similar

• Experience managing change across the complete SAP implementation lifecycle Design, Build, Test, Deploy & Hypercare

• Strong understanding of OCM, change impact assessment,



business readiness, adoption & resistance management

• Ability to work closely with SAP functional leads, SI partners and technical teams

• Experience designing end-user training, change champion/super-user networks and communication plans

• Strong stakeholder management and program governance experience

• Prosci / ADKAR certification preferred

• A hands-on, influential Change Leader who can translate complex technology changes into business-friendly language
