Role & responsibilities
Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.
Build solid relationships with regular, premium, and VIP guests.
Handle guest queries, feedback, requests, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the operations, reservations, service, and security teams.
Manage VIP guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and special requests.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Assist in managing guest lists, reservations, and special events.
Maintain solid communication with guests through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and encourage repeat visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and guests, handling corporate bookings, events, and special requirements to ensure a seamless and premium experience.
Support promotional activities, events, and special nights when required.
Maintain a skilled appearance and represent the brand positively.
