About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of the brand and drive measurable business growth across organic, paid, digital, ATL and BTL marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Own the overall brand strategy, positioning, communication and brand language.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple product and service lines.
Drive organic growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and other relevant platforms.
Plan and manage Meta, Google and other paid marketing campaigns.
Manage a marketing budget of approximately 10 lakh with focus on ROI, CAC, CPL and ROAS.
Build content, storytelling and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, partnerships and offline activations.
Work closely with design,



content, sales, product and operations teams to maintain one unified brand voice.
Set transparent growth targets and own the journey from X to Y within a defined timeline.
Track marketing performance and continuously optimise campaigns based on data.

What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Healthcare/HealthTech experience preferred.
Solid understanding of brand building, storytelling, social media and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics.
Experience managing 5–10 lakh+ marketing budgets.
Robust creative, analytical and execution skills.
Ability to take complete ownership of marketing and deliver measurable business growth.
