Role & responsibilities
Proven experience managing software development and application support teams.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
.NET / .NET Core (C#)
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and integration solutions.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and application integration patterns.
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins.
Understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, and project delivery.




Ability to lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and make strategic technology decisions.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Desirable Skills
Experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and physical security technologies.
Knowledge of enterprise security operations, access management processes, and physical security system integrations.
Experience in cloud-native application development and modernization.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certifications.
Experience managing globally distributed teams and supporting business-critical applications.
