Civil Project Planning & ExecutionPlan and supervise civil construction, renovation, expansion and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Project Scheduling & MonitoringDevelop project schedules, monitor progress against milestones and ensure timely completion.
Estimation & BudgetingPrepare/review estimates, BOQs and cost projections and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Contractor & Vendor ManagementIdentify, coordinate and monitor contractors/vendors and ensure performance as per agreed scope, quality and timelines.
Quality ControlEnsure civil works and materials comply with approved specifications, drawings and quality standards.
Cost ControlMonitor project expenditure, identify cost-saving prospects and control unnecessary expenses and variations.
Technical CoordinationReview drawings, specifications and technical requirements and resolve site-level civil engineering issues.
Measurement & BillingVerify measurements of completed works, scrutinize contractor bills and ensure billing is aligned with actual work executed.




Safety ComplianceEnsure protected working practices at construction sites and compliance with company EHS requirements.
Multi-Plant CoordinationCoordinate and monitor civil activities across Dhodsar, Jaitpura and Gwalior plants as required.
Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with User Departments, Projects, Purchase, Finance, EHS, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
Documentation & MISMaintain project records, progress reports, estimates, approvals, measurements, bills and other relevant documentation.
Team ManagementGuide and supervise the civil team and provide technical support and direction for effective project execution.
Project Closure & HandoverEnsure completion of punch points, documentation and proper handover of completed civil projects to the concerned department.
Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improving construction methods, project execution, cost efficiency and resource utilization.
