Role & responsibilities

Data Gathering & Preparation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring strict data cleansing, validation, and governance. Business Analysis & Metrics: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs, track KPIs, and align data projects with overarching organizational goals. Dashboarding & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and update interactive reports and performance dashboards to communicate clear, data-driven narratives .Strategic Insights: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data to make recommendations that drive profitability and process improvements

Preferred candidate profile
Data Collection: Gather raw numbers from spreadsheets, databases, and other internal sources.
Data Cleaning: Fix missing values, remove errors,



and make data ready for use.
Reporting: Build and update daily or weekly tracking sheets and straightforward dashboards.
Visualization: Make clear charts and graphs in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Communication: Share basic findings with team leads in easy, non-technical terms
Microsoft Excel: Robust skills in pivot tables, formulas, and data sorting.
SQL: Basic ability to write queries and pull data from relational databases.
Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker.
Python (Optional): Basic knowledge of libraries like Pandas is a plus.
